Reception of Ukrainian war refugees in Jena

The City of Jena's Office for Migration and Integration has received initial inquiries regarding the reception of war refugees from Ukraine. In order to bundle requests for help at a central point and to be able to organize support in an orderly manner, please use the central e-mail address neu@jena.de.

Do you live in the city of Jena and have taken in war refugees from Ukraine in the past few days? Please contact the City of Jena as soon as possible at neu@jena.de so that we can offer you advice and support at short notice. Please provide the surnames, first names and dates of birth of the people you have taken in, the address where they are currently staying and your contact details.

Please also contact us at neu@jena.de if you are expecting Ukrainian war refugees to arrive in Jena in the next few days or if you are from Ukraine, are currently in Jena and are unable to make your planned journey home due to the war situation.
