Announcement of the inspection staff for domestic slaughter and game meat inspection

The veterinarians who are authorized to carry out official ante-mortem and post-mortem inspections for domestic slaughter and to take Trichinella samples from hunted game in Jena and the Saale-Holzland district are named in the list under Downloads.

These personnel have been appointed and confirmed by the Jena-Saale-Holzland Veterinary and Food Monitoring Office (ZVL J-SH).
