Closing days of the city administration

The departments of the City of Jena will be closed on the following days:

Departments 1, 3 and 4:

Closed from 23.12. to 31.12.2019

Exception: Fines office: open on 23.12.2019

Department 2:

27.12. to 31.12.2019 closed

Exception:

• FD Accounting: open 30.12.2019
• Citizen service: 23.12.2019 closed, 27.12. and 30.12.2019 open
• Registry office: 27.12.2019 closed, Monday consultation days (applies to 23.12. and 30.12.2019) will take place as usual

Telephone availability of individual specialist services is guaranteed.

Social psychiatric service and ASD (youth welfare office)

The telephone availability of the social psychiatric service and the ASD (Youth Welfare Office) will be ensured via the control center.
