Closures due to the bridge day on 04.10.2024

On Friday, 04.10.2024, the departments of the Jena city administration will be closed to the public due to the bridge day. The emergency numbers can of course still be reached.

The Foreigners' Registration Office will also remain closed, but can be reached by telephone on +49 3641 49-3360.

Kommunalservice Jena will remain open as usual, with the exception of the service office, which will remain closed. The exchange office at Löbstedter Straße 68 will have different opening hours on Friday. It will be open from 09:00 to 14:00.

Citizen services with citizen service open

The Citizens' Service is open as normal on Friday, as is the entire Citizens' Services department at Engelplatz 1. Citizens therefore have the opportunity to use the bridge day to meet the staff on site at Engelplatz 1 and clarify any issues in person.
