Corona: 6 new infections in Jena today

The Health Service was notified today of 6 new infections with positive laboratory evidence of SARS-CoV-2:

• a group of travel returnees (grandparents with child) with 3 persons
• two young people with symptoms
• one older person, also with symptoms

One person had to be hospitalized, no recovery could be recorded.

The statistics from Wednesday, October 07, 2020:

- of which in the last 24 hours: 6
- of which inpatient: 2
- Severe cases: 0

- Infections in the last seven days: 17

- Total infected persons since March 14, 2020: 234
- Total deaths: 3
- Total recovered: 207
