Corona: School must be closed

After the first Covid 19 infection of a pupil became knownon Monday, two further infections of young people at the IGS Grete Unrein school have been confirmed independently of this. The findings were received by the health department on Wednesday afternoon.

As the routes of infection are not yet clear and it is also not clear whether other pupils or teaching staff are infected, the health department, in consultation with the staff management, has ordered the school to be closed until Friday. Until then, the aim is to clarify which measures need to be taken for which group of people. The aim is to contain the infection and still enable the school to resume normal operations as quickly as possible.

For the time being, this means that all pupils, teachers and other staff at this school must go into home quarantine. This is to avoid further contact outside of school.

The measures are coordinated by the school management. Please do not contact the public health department directly.
