Corona situation: 389 new infections in the past 7 days

In the last 7 days, 389 new infections with the SARS-CoV-2 virus have been reported to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) by the Health Service. This corresponds to a weekly trend in infections of - 23%.

Following the sharp rise in incidences at the end of September, the infection figures have stabilized. However, the number of inpatients from Jena with a positive Covid-19 laboratory result increased. This is also reported throughout Thuringia.

Last week, 102 positive rapid tests were reported by the test centers. These figures are also reported to the RKI, but are not included in the statistics.
