Corona situation in Jena: 1,020 new infections at the weekend

Over the weekend, 1,020 new infections with the SARS-CoV-2 virus were reported to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) by the Health Service.

Of these, 420 cases on Friday (March 11), 497 on Saturday (March 12) and 103 on Sunday (March 13, 2022).

New infections were reported from 44 schools and daycare centers.

3 retirement homes were affected by new infections over the weekend. These were isolated cases.
