Corona situation in Jena: 109 reported infections since Friday

On April 8, 2022, 109 new infections with the SARS-CoV-2 virus were reported to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) by the Health Service.

No values were reported on Saturday and Sunday. The Jena Health Department is thus following the state of Thuringia, which has also discontinued weekend reporting.

Around 300 cases remain unprocessed and will be reported on Monday.

Infections are currently reported from 10 schools and daycare centers and 5 senior citizen facilities.
