Corona situation in Jena: 34 new infections

The health department reported 34 new infections with the SARS-CoV-2 virus to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) on Monday, January 10.

A further death has been reported in connection with a Covid19 infection. The person was middle-aged and died after a prolonged illness. No information on vaccination status is available.

So far there is evidence of 39 cases of Omikron.
