Corona situation in Jena: 463 new infections at the weekend

Over the weekend, 463 new infections with the SARS-CoV-2 virus were reported to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) by the health department.

Of these, 192 cases were reported on Friday (18.02.), 189 cases on Saturday (19.02.) and 82 cases on Sunday (20.02.).

New infections were reported from a school nursery and 13 daycare centers.

Infections continue to spread in a retirement home and series tests are being prepared.
