Corona situation in Jena: 49 new infections
On Monday, February 14, 2022, the Health Service reported 49 new infections with the SARS-CoV-2 virus to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI).
This is the first time since the start of coronavirus infections in Jena that the incidence has exceeded 1,000.
Background to the case history
- New infections were reported from 8 schools and 4 daycare centers.
- Two outbreaks have now been reported in various social institutions. Swabbing of residents and staff continues.
