Corona situation in Jena: 542 new infections
On Thursday, March 10, 542 new infections with the SARS-CoV-2 virus were reported to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) by the Health Service.
A further 160 cases were reported by the laboratories after the reporting deadline and are now being processed.
Background information on the cases
New infections have been reported from over 15 daycare centers and schools.
Further care homes for the elderly are also affected by infections.
