There were 54 new SARS-CoV-2 infections reported to the Health Department on Tuesday, 3/30/2021 (by midnight). This is the third highest daily total since the Corona epidemic began. 11 persons were classified as recovered.

The number of people under quarantine now stands at 1,105 due to the many cluster events.

Many cases were reported after 8 p.m. last night, causing discrepancies in today's Robert Koch Institute statistics.



Due to the high number of newly infected persons, not all causes can yet be assigned. A large number is due to contact with already infected persons. Cases have been reported from a day-care centre and a school. Infections also continue to occur in the professional environment.
