Corona situation picture for Jena

On Wednesday, April 27, 2022, the Jena Health Department transmitted 295 new infections with the SARS-CoV-2 virus to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI). This includes the 156 cases that were not transmitted the day before due to technical difficulties. A further death has been reported as a result of coronavirus.

Corona infections were reported from seven institutions (schools, daycare centers).

Jena vaccination center of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians with new location from 30 April

The vaccination center in the Volksbad will close on April 30, 2022. From this date, the Jena vaccination center will be located on the 1st floor of Grietgasse 6, 07743 Jena.An elevator and thus barrier-free access is available.

The opening hours of the vaccination center are as follows

• Monday: closed
• Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 14:30 - 18:30
• Thursday: 14:30 - 18:30
• Friday: 14:30 - 18:30
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Sunday: closed

Appointments can be made via the vaccination portal. If appointments are made beyond the core opening hours via the appointment portal, the opening hours may also be extended.
