The burden value (percentage of COVID-19 cases treated in intensive care as a proportion of the total number of intensive care beds that can be operated throughout Thuringia) has risen to 3.0%. Should this value be 3% or higher for a total of three consecutive days, warning level 1 would come into force for Jena. In this case, a general decree from the city would regulate further protective measures.
