Determination of the 2021 property tax by public announcement

Following the city council meeting at which the budget for 2021 and 2022 was approved, it is clear that the property tax rates have remained unchanged.

Therefore, this year only those taxpayers who only became liable for property tax in 2021 or for whom the basis of taxation has changed will receive a written notice.

For all others, the property tax was set this year by public announcement (Official Gazette 13/21 of April 1, 2021). These property owners have to pay the same tax as in the previous year and are requested to refer to the last property tax assessment notice for 2020 for the due dates and amounts (see payment schedule for the following year).
