Data management tasks

Development and establishment of the urban data platform "WISSENsAllmende Jena" as part of the overall "Smart City" project
Analysis of data structures and technical conditions of specialist procedures
Development of technical solutions for the provision and management of data sets
Development of data models that provide an overview of the data sets as well as their data protection, security and quality classification
and support the provision of data
Coordination, development and updating of cross-involvement, control-relevant tasks for top management and politics

Maintaining a documentation and information system as well as the statistical spatial reference in the QGIS specialist statistics shell
Determination and delivery of data for e.g. federal statistics, IRB, KOSTAT, German Association of Cities and Towns
Processing external and internal inquiries on e.g. population, elections, street directory
Maintenance and updating of street directory, building file, registration authority software
Preparation of city district statistics
Assisting with the implementation of censuses and central surveys (e.g. census)
Participation in the preparation, implementation and determination of election results
Participation in municipal surveys (sampling, mail merge, consulting)
