158 Corona cases in Jena, one person is undergoing inpatient treatment in the intensive care unit.

In total there were 3 deaths. 149 persons are considered to have recovered, so there are only 6 active cases.

Relaxation from Monday, May 4, 2020

On Thursday evening, the Thuringian state government announced various loosening measures that are to apply as early as May 4. The corresponding ordinance, however, will not appear until Saturday evening.

Thus, the city of Jena can take concrete measures in this context starting on Sunday. Especially the hygiene rules, which are the basis for opening up cosmetic, foot care and nail studios, must be checked by the public health department for their effectiveness.

Concrete answers to the many questions from the population will therefore only be given on Sunday evening.
