Another infection with the SARS-Covid19 virus has occurred in Jena today.

• Statistics: 159 corona cases in Jena, one person is undergoing inpatient treatment in the intensive care unit.
• There have been a total of 3 deaths. 149 people are considered recovered, 6 active cases.

New sandpits for Jena's children to relieve pressure on existing playgrounds

13 new sandpits are being installed by the municipal service in the city area at short notice. Mayor Christian Gerlitz had campaigned for the additional play facilities.
