Current corona case numbers
Another new corona case has been reported today. The person works outside Jena in the medical field. All contacts are determined by the health department.
Statistics: 157 cases, 2 people in inpatient treatment, 1 person in intensive care, 144 people are considered recovered, so 10 active cases
Mouth and nose coverings and hygiene standards in schools
- Face masks must be worn during lessons and breaks in the classroom and when changing rooms within the school building.An urgent recommendation will be issuedfor wearing the face masks during lessons from 27.04., from 04.05. it will be mandatory.
- Mouth-nose covers do not have to be worn when outdoors, especially during breaks in the schoolyard, and during exams and examinations. In order to make itreasonable for pupilsto wear them inthe school building, regular outdoor breaks should therefore be made possible as compensation after lessons.
- After 45 minutes of lessons, there should be an appropriate outdoor break, weather permitting.
Compliance with hygiene regulations in open stores and facilities
- Open retail stores, service and craft businesses as well as open facilities within the meaning of §5 of the 3rd Thür-SARS-CoV-2-EindmaßnVO may only grant access to one person per 20 square meters of sales, store or visiting area.
- For hairdressing businesses and barber stores open from May 4, the occupational health and safety standards of the German Social Accident Insurance Institution for the Health and Welfare Services apply in their current version (SARS-CoV-2 occupational health and safety standards for the hairdressing trade)
- Household-related services and craftsmen's services are permitted if contact with people living in the apartment/house can be avoided or a mouth-nose cover is worn and the distance rules are observed without exception.
