Accounting and enforcement service closed to visitors

The Accounting and Enforcement department, with which you can clarify all questions regarding payment transactions, accounting, reminders and enforcement, will remain closed to visitors until further notice.

If you need clarification on any issues, would like to submit applications or concerns or hand in documents, please do so by e-mail, fax, telephone or post if possible. If you would like to post something, please use the in-house letterbox provided for this purpose or the Am Anger 15 deadline letterbox. The staff are there for you and will deal with your concerns promptly.
