Jena presents itself at EXPO REAL
From Monday, Jena as a business location will be exhibiting at EXPO REAL in Munich. The largest European trade fair for commercial real estate and investment will take place from October 6 to 8, 2025. Jena is part of the joint stand of the European Metropolitan Region of Central Germany in exhibition hall C1 at stand 220. Together, the Jena Economic Development Corporation (JenaWirtschaft), the Department of Urban Development and Environment of the City of Jena and the municipal enterprise Kommunale Immobilien Jena (KIJ) will be presenting current Jena development projects.
"At the trade fair, we will be providing information about Jena as a business and science location and the investment opportunities on site," says Markus Henkenmeier, authorized representative of the Jena Economic Development Agency. "We will also be presenting our new office market report, hot off the press, which contains detailed data on the commercial office market."
According to JenaWirtschaft, EXPO REAL offers an ideal opportunity for networking with more than 1,800 companies, cities and regions as well as a varied conference program.
"We exchange ideas with experts on current challenges on site and discuss a wide range of topics - from commercial space development to inner city transformation processes," says Henkenmeier.
The trade fair runs until Wednesday and was attended by around 40,000 participants from 75 countries last year.
