Jena rent index 2019 is available

The updated qualified rent index is now available.

The figures have been approved by the tenants' association and the house, apartment and landowners' association. A working group under the leadership of Mayor Christian Gerlitz assisted in its preparation.

Brochures are currently being produced for display in the citizen service, Jenarbeit tenants' association, Haus und Grund and the Lobeda and Winzerla district offices. The online calculation tool is also being updated. We will inform you separately about the availability.
