Jena specialist health service focuses on case investigation

The increasing number of cases of infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus necessitates an adjustment in the case management of the specialist health service.

Forms for people who have tested positive and contact persons are linked on the jena.de/corona website. The persons concerned are asked to enter their data there. This information will only be processed by the Health Service.

An email with further steps will be sent as direct feedback. The health department will only be contacted by telephone in special cases.

The hotline 03641-49 22 22 is available for assistance with entering information into the form. This is manned Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00.

All persons who test positive are requested to go into self-isolation immediately and to inform direct contacts of the infection.
