- Providing legal advice to the administration, including the municipal enterprises, municipal companies and special-purpose associations
- Participation in the enactment of legislation

- Processing third-party compensation claims
- Assertion of claims for damages against third parties and employees, including the initiation of legal dunning proceedings
- Insurance matters of the city administration, its own companies and co-insured persons
- Management of contractual relationships with the city's insurers (preparation of tenders, etc.)
- Supervision of the settlement of claims against insurers (monitoring incoming payments)
- Administrative assistance for social insurance providers, including the acceptance of affidavits and truthful declarations
- Handling claims in connection with accidents at work and work-related accidents, including carrying out the recognition procedure
