Mayor invites you to a building consultation

Every building project brings with it many challenges and obligations. Not onlythe location, the money and your own ideas need to be clarified. Before the first sod can be turned, a number of steps must first be completed in accordance with German building law , whether for new builds or conversions.

Dates

The building consultation usually takes place on the first Friday of the month. It will start on 05.08.2022, from 14:00 to 15:30. For this appointment, please make an appointment by 01.08.2022, if possible via the website of the city of Jena.

The issues to be discussed can only be public law issues, i.e. planning and building regulations law or, for example, monument or nature conservation law. In the case of private law aspects, such as rental property relationships, other consultation options are required, for example through the tenants' association or a lawyer.

In addition to the personal details, it is necessary to describe the matter as briefly and precisely as possible.
