Municipal buildings in Ukrainian national colors

February 24 marks the second anniversary of the start of the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine in violation of international law. To mark this occasion, the city of Jena will be illuminating the following municipal buildings in blue and yellow, the national colors of Ukraine, this weekend (24/25.02.2024) as a sign of solidarity:

Volksbad

• Windows on the south side of the bathing hall will be illuminated from the inside in YELLOW on the ground floor and BLUE on the upper floor

People's House

• the windows in the tower building are illuminated from the inside in the corresponding colors
• There is no lighting in the hall building, as there is already a rental with its own lighting concept
