Municipal outdoor sports facilities reopened for clubs today

On Thursday, 07.05.2020, the following outdoor sports facilities will be open to clubs under certain conditions:

• Lobeda East and West sports facilities
• Winzerla sports facility
• Isserstedt sports facility
• Am Jenzig sports facility
• Maua sports ground
• Oberaue sports complex
• Ernst Abbe Stadium

All buildings (including sanitary facilities and changing rooms) remain closed. Only individual sports are permitted. Minimum distances and contact restrictions must be observed. Furthermore, the hygiene requirements of the ThürSARS-CoV-2-EindmaßnVO apply. This means that, as a rule, only 2 people may train together.

The clubs have received an email from Kommunale Immobilien Jena with details on the use of the facilities.

After a long wait, it is now finally possible to use the municipal sports facilities for individual outdoor sports again as a first step. My thanks go to Kommunale Immobilien Jena and the Jena sports clubs, who have shown a great deal of patience over the last few days and weeks.
