MUT-TOUR 2023 in Jena

In the 11th year of the MUT-TOUR, the first tandem team set off today from Weimar on their journey to Berlin. The first stop was made in Jena. The town hall arcades provided the setting for a warm welcome for the active participants. An action day was also held at the same time. Interested parties were able to find out about dealing with depression and other mental illnesses at various stands. After refreshments of Thuringian cake, the tandems continued on towards Leipzig.

The MUT-TOUR was launched in 2012. In summer, hundreds of people with and without experience of depression travel through Germany as part of the MUT-TOUR to set an example for more openness, knowledge and courage in dealing with depression. Action days are held in selected cities, where associations present their respective offers of help. The tour also makes regular stops in Jena.
