New funding program launched for volunteer projects

The Thuringian state government has launched a new funding program for volunteer projects. More financial support is available than before, especially for larger volunteer projects. From now on, non-profit associations and initiatives can apply for funding of between 5,000 and 100,000 euros - for events, recruiting new talent, further training, investments and much more.

Important: Applications for this program must be submitted directly to the State Administration Office. The application deadline for 2025 is 15.09.2025, for 2026 the application period begins on 01.12.2025 and ends on 15.04.2026.
