New opening hours for citizen service
In order to reduce the waiting time for an appointment at the Citizens' Service, new opening hours will apply from 01.03.2023. This means that shorter appointment times can be guaranteed thanks to improved personnel management. Additional appointments can also be offered depending on demand and season.
