No special usage fee for closed shops and facilities

The city of Jena will waive the special usage fee for folding displays, goods displays and the like on municipal areas for the month of April 2020 for all sales outlets and facilities that had to close due to the Corona crisis. The help is unbureaucratic. An application does not have to be made. The special usage fee will not be debited in April or should not be transferred.



This applies to all shops and facilities that are not allowed to open due to the general decree "Closure of shops and facilities" of 20.03.2020. Excluded are the sales outlets which are listed in the decree under point 3 a) and are allowed to open.



Already on 17.03.2020, the city of Jena had waived the corresponding special usage fee for the month of April 2020 for all restaurateurs who have outdoor seating on municipal areas.
