Accident on Stadtrodaer Straße

A serious traffic accident occurred on Stadtrodaer Straße on Tuesday afternoon, 23.09.2025. For unknown reasons, the driver of a car left the road and hit a tree. Passers-by were able to free the seriously injured man from the vehicle. An ambulance from the fire department, an emergency fire fighting vehicle and an emergency ambulance were deployed. The road had to be fully closed between around 12.45 p.m. and 1.15 p.m. for the rescue operation. The road has since been reopened to traffic.
