Experience diversity - create encounters

In the run-up to the planned social space conference "WerkStadt - Leben in Jena Nord" on December 13, 2025, the city of Jena, together with Lantern e. V. i. G., invites you to a special hands-on format:

On Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 10 am to 2 pm, Emil-Höllein-Platz will become a meeting place for everyone who wants to cook, eat and talk together. Under the motto "Experience diversity - create encounters" , the focus will be on culinary togetherness.

The aim of the event is to bring people in the district together in a relaxed atmosphere, facilitate new encounters and get into conversation with one another. The event is free of charge, barrier-free and open to all interested parties - regardless of age, origin or previous cooking experience.

The event is part of the participation process for the Jena North social space conference and is organized by Lantern e. V. i. G. in cooperation with the city of Jena.
