Repeal of the general ruling on protection against avian influenza

The general decree of the ZVL (J-SH GZ: TG:523-02-16-2025/V-98/25) dated 05.11.2025 regarding the obligation to keep poultry and kept birds in stables to protect against avian influenza is revoked in full on 13.12.2025 in accordance with Section 49 (1) VwVfG.
