Kommunalservice Jena now available in the joint customer center of Stadtwerke Jena
Kommunalservice Jena (KSJ) is now represented in the joint customer center of Stadtwerke Jena at Saalstraße 8a. This brings together central services of general interest in one location and makes them more easily accessible for citizens.
The KSJ staff are available on site for personal concerns at the following times
- Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesdays from 14:00 to 18:00
- Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
"With the new location in the customer center, we are bundling our service offerings sensibly and creating shorter distances for citizens," says Uwe Feige, Plant Manager KSJ.
The first customers have already been welcomed at the new location.
