For Solidarity Across All Generations: The 2027 Funding Year Has Begun

The City of Jena is now accepting project proposals for the implementation of measures under the state program “Solidarity Among Generations” (LSZ) for the 2027 funding year.

Since 2019, the state program “Solidarity Among Generations” (LSZ) has been implemented in Thuringia’s counties and independent cities. The state program focuses on the interests of the entire family, aims to strengthen existing services for families, and seeks to provide new impetus. The program is designed to support projects that improve or maintain the living conditions of families.

“Our city is sustained by successful cooperation across all neighborhoods and generations. For seven years now, the state program has enabled us to support dedicated individuals in investing in precisely this sense of community. We look forward to your ideas for the new funding period,” emphasizes Kathleen Lützkendorf, Head of Social Affairs.

Projects by nonprofit organizations, welfare associations, and church-affiliated organizations are eligible for funding. Eligible expenses include personnel, material, and administrative costs, as well as honoraria. Investments are not eligible for funding.
