Tree Care Measures Between Ammerbach and Nennsdorf

Kommunalservice Jena (KSJ) will be carrying out urgently needed tree maintenance work along the road between Ammerbach and Nennsdorf from Tuesday, September 29, through October 2, 2026 (tentatively). The work will take place daily from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
To avoid a complete road closure, traffic will be restricted to one lane during the work and controlled by a traffic light system. However, due to local conditions and the sometimes very narrow roadway, traffic disruptions and restrictions on through traffic are to be expected. Road users are therefore asked to avoid non-essential trips during this time whenever possible or to bypass the area using an appropriate detour, such as via the A4. Appropriate signs will be posted on site.
The KSJ asks all road users for their understanding regarding the necessary work and the associated restrictions.
