Closure in Neu-Lobeda

Another full closure of Stadtrodaer Straße will be necessary at the Erlanger Allee bridge on Monday, June 3 and on the morning of Tuesday, June 4, 2019.

Approx. 1400 square meters of concrete must be placed in the superstructure formwork. The work will begin on 03.06.2019 at approx. 5:00 am and will take approx. 24 hours. The concreting work cannot be interrupted during the night, so we ask for your understanding for a slightly increased noise level.

The detour will be in the direction of the city center via the traffic circle at the Fair Resort Hotel and Erlanger Allee through Lobeda-Ost. Traffic will be diverted towards the highway via the Lobeda-West access ramp and straight back onto Stadtrodaer Straße. At the junction with Karl-Marx-Allee, traffic must be regulated by roadworks traffic lights.

The full closure is already widely signposted in both directions, so that the bypass from the highway or from the city via Burgau and Göschwitz should already relieve some of the congestion at the closed junction. At busy times of the day, there will be temporary obstructions due to the full closure.
