Opening hours of the service facilities of the city of Jena on the bridge day

On Friday after Ascension Day, 31.05.2019, the following Jena City Council offices will be closed:

• Department 1 - Central Services and Lord Mayor, Am Anger 15
• Department 2 - Finance, Security & Citizen Services, Am Anger 28:
  (Budget, Controlling and Organizational Development, Accounting and Enforcement, Municipal Order)

  The cash machine on the first floor is not accessible on this day.

• Department 3 - Urban Development and Environment, Am Anger 26
  (specialist departments for urban development, urban planning, building regulations and monument protection, environmental protection, mobility and the cross-sectional tasks staff unit)
• Department 4 - Family, Education & Social Affairs, Lutherplatz 3 and Am Anger 13
  (Youth Welfare Office, Youth Welfare, Social Welfare Office, Health Department)

In urgent cases concerning the Youth Welfare Office, the Youth Welfare Office, the Social Welfare Office or the Health Office, please contact the City of Jena's emergency control center on 03641 4040.

The Citizens and Family Service (Löbdergraben 12) is open regularly.
