Complete closure of Stadtrodaer Straße from September 24, 2019

To dismantle the canopy formwork over Stadtrodaer Straße at the Erlanger Allee bridge, Stadtrodaer Straße will have to be fully closed from 24 to 27 September 2019.

A further closure will take place in the 45th calendar week to dismantle the temporary bridge.

Detour

The detour will be in the direction of the city center via the traffic circle at the Fair Resort Hotel and Erlanger Allee through Lobeda-Ost. Traffic heading towards the highway will be diverted via the Lobeda-West access ramp and straight back onto Stadtrodaer Straße.

At the junction with Karl-Marx-Allee, traffic must be regulated by roadworks traffic lights.

The full closure is already widely signposted in both directions, so that the bypass from the highway or from the city via Burgau and Göschwitz should already relieve some of the congestion at the closed junction. At busy times of the day, there will be temporary obstructions due to the full closure.
