2. Processing of general administrative offenses (e.g. disturbances of the peace, etc.) in warning and fine proceedings
3. Issuing fine notices and processing appeals against them
4. Handing over fine files to the public prosecutor's office or the local court
5. Handing over legally binding fine notices to the enforcement office
6. Acceptance of reports from citizens and processing of warning and fine proceedings
