Positive Corona case at Rautal School

A student of class 2a of the Rautalschule in Jena tested positive for the corona virus. All students in the class are therefore initially quarantined.

Today, the Health Department has not been able to reach the school management or other school employees, so that the parents of the affected students could not yet be informed.

"With the publication of the case, we hope that we will be able to reach the affected parents over the weekend, so that no class 2a children will come to school on Monday," says Dr. Enikö Ban, Head of the Health Department. She asks in this context: "Especially in these tense times, schools and kindergartens should also organize weekend availability so that in an emergency, important information can be passed on to parents and children.
