In cooperation with the Kommunalservice Jena (KSJ), the repair café at the Kommunalservice:

Repair your defective devices together with volunteer repair experts. The event takes place in the customer parking lot.

For your own protection - but also for those around you - we ask you to wear a qualified face mask and observe social distancing rules. The Repair Café reserves the right to contact tracing.

Since June, the Thuringia Repair Bonus has been available - a joint project of the Thuringian Ministry for the Environment, Energy and Nature Conservation and the Thuringian Consumer Advice Center. Here, anyone can have their defective electrical appliance repaired by an appliance service, service provider or specialist company and have half of the costs reimbursed (up to 100 euros per person and calendar year).
