Reception for the Olympic bronze medal winners

Representatives of the Jena City Sports Association and SV GutsMuths Jena, together with Lord Mayor Thomas Nitzsche, welcomed two medal winners today.

The archers Michelle Kroppen (25) and Charline Schwarz (20) won a bronze medal in the archery team competition at the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Both women have a connection to SV GutsMuths. Kroppen studied at the sports high school in Jena and was active in the SV, Schwarz competes in the national league for the Jena club.

Mayor Thomas Nitzsche wished them continued success and presented them both with small Jena souvenirs and a voucher.
