Corona situation picture for Jena
The Health Service reported 3 new infections with the SARS-CoV-2 virus to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) on Sunday, 03.10.2021. On Friday, 01.10., 13 new infections were reported and on Saturday, 02.10., 18 new infections were reported.
The cases occurred in schools and daycare centers, and travelers returning home were also affected. The majority of cases are due to infection from people who were already infected; in some cases, the cause of infection has not yet been clarified.
