Results from Jena-Süd and Closewitz

On Sunday, June 12, district mayoral elections were held in Jena South and Closewitz.

The results from Jena South

In Jena South, a run-off election between the candidate Christina Prothmann (Greens) and the candidate Stig Ludwig (SPD) is necessary on June 26. Voter turnout in the district was 26.57%.

Christina Prothmann 36 %
Stig Ludwig 23.64 %
Brünnhild Egge 23 %
Patrice Voß 17.61 %

The results from Closewitz

As no candidate was found in Jena-Closewitz before the election, voters were able to write a name on the ballot paper. A total of 9 people were listed. A run-off election will therefore also be held in 14 days' time between Rainer Robotta (24 votes / 42%) and Alexander Meier (14 votes / 22.81%). The overall voter turnout was 54.5%.
