User survey on the jena.de website launched
The city council has commissioned the city administration to conduct a user survey for the jena.de website, which was fundamentally revised in 2019. All citizens and interested parties are invited to provide online feedback on the website from March 1 to 31, 2023. The search, structure, navigation and content of the website will be put to the test. Users will be asked how they navigate through the website, how they find relevant information and which topics are still missing on jena.de.
The user survey can be accessed at www.jena.de/nutzerbefragung. The consulting agency conducting the survey is giving away an iPad to all participants. It's worth taking part!
The first online survey phase will be followed by an expert review of the pages with the help of a structured expert guide. The aim is to find out how users navigate the website and solve certain tasks.
The results of the user survey, together with initial recommendations for possible further development of the website, are expected to be presented to the City Council by the end of the second quarter of 2023.
