Full closure of Schützenhofstraße from 04.05.2023

Stadtwerke Jena is renewing the existing combined water collector in Schützenhofstraße over a length of 45 meters on behalf of Zweckverband JenaWasser from Thursday, 04.05.2023. The work is expected to last until the end of May.

A full closure of Schützenhofstraße in the Munketal area is unavoidable in order to carry out the short-term construction work due to an accident in the sewer. Traffic will be diverted.

From tomorrow,the buses on route 15 of the Jena public transport system will run via the northern Schützenhofstraße. Delays are to be expected along the route. Further information can be found on the Jena public transport website.

In addition, it is urgently requested that cars are not parked in Schützenhofstraße, even if the signposted stopping ban will only apply from Monday, 08.05.2023, so as not to obstruct bus traffic.
